What does BYBI not do for these buyer contexts?

We do not replace a lawyer, surveyor, architect, tax advisor, or full due diligence team. We do not provide formal investment advice, relocation planning services, technical certifications, or hospitality feasibility reports.

When is BYBI most useful?

BYBI is most useful before you commit further time or money: before deposit, before deeper diligence, when documents feel unclear, or when you need a more grounded next step in your investor, relocation, or hospitality decision process.

Process

How does the process work?

1) You submit your request. 2) We check feasibility within 24 hours. 3) If approved, you receive secure customer area access to pay with PayPal or card. 4) You send documents by email. 5) We deliver your overview in 2-3 business days.

Do I need to upload documents in the form?

No. The form is only for request details. Documents are sent later by email after approval.

What if my case is outside your scope?

We tell you before payment. If we cannot provide a meaningful informational overview, you are not charged.

What do I receive at delivery?

A structured overview in plain English with document highlights, non-binding risk awareness notes, and suggested questions for your lawyer/notary/technical experts. The emphasis may vary by buyer context, but the service framework stays the same.

Pricing

When do I pay?

Only after feasibility approval. We do not charge before confirming we can help.

What is the difference between Basic, Standard, and Premium?

The main differences are document volume, depth of analysis, and support level. Premium includes a 45-minute discussion call about your overview. The packages are not separate products for investor, relocation, or hospitality buyers; they are different depths of the same BYBI service.

Are there refunds?

If a request is not approved, no payment is required. For approved and delivered services, refund terms follow the Terms of Service.
